Abstract Submission Guidelines
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Registration is mandatory before abstract submission. The presenting author must be a registered delegate.
- Abstracts must be submitted online through the portal or via email: uparoicon@gmail.com.
- Original research work, prospective/retrospective studies, audits, case series, and noteworthy case reports are eligible.
- Abstracts previously published or presented at another conference are not eligible.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or change the presentation category (Oral/E-Poster). Their decision shall be final.
- The presenting author is responsible for obtaining consent from all co-authors before submission.
- Abstract Format: Mention the Registration ID, followed by the Presenting Author (Surname, Initials; bold & underline) with affiliation, designation, institution, city, email, and phone number. Include Co-authors (Surname, Initials), a concise Title, and the sections: Introduction, Aims & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, with single line spacing. Use only standard abbreviations; define uncommon abbreviations when first used.

Should be concise, informative, and representative of the study.
Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, with single line spacing. Use only standard abbreviations; define uncommon abbreviations when first used.
